Where do you ship to?
We currently offer international shipping to numerous countries. During the checkout process, you can enter your address to see if we deliver to your location and to view the available shipping options and costs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Are return shipping fees covered?
For returns due to our error or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
