Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

VerveNuit currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You will see the estimated delivery timeframe and shipping cost calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) to the email address provided during checkout.

The estimated Standard Shipping transit time is 7-20 business days after dispatch. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local postal services, or seasonal holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping; all orders incur a shipping charge.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to VerveNuit. We cannot predict or control these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. VerveNuit is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs charges, or unclaimed at the local post office), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any return handling fees incurred.
