Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition as received.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • You must initiate the return request within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must not fall under our non-returnable items listed below.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
  • Any garment that has been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without their original tags and packaging.

The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected] within the eligible period. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Instructions & Authorization: We will respond with detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without this RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the inspection is complete. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the return is not approved, you will be notified via email and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund. You may then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
