Note: Third-party sites like 17Track pull data from carrier APIs; there might be a slight delay compared to the official carrier site.

Important Information & Timing

  • Tracking Activation: Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery timelines vary based on your location, shipping method selected, and customs processing for international orders. The carrier's tracking page will provide the estimated delivery date.
  • No Tracking Updates? If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after being "shipped", please contact our support team.
